How to Debug ISScript for actions that run on Uninstallation for Version 5

We have started using version 5 from 3.

We converted some of our more complex installations to version 5, and a request for change came through. A change in the Uninstallation script.

It appears that when I run debug install script, whilst it runs o.k. on the installation, when I run it again - to look at what is happening to the uninstall, it automatically uninstalls the application, and then starts installing it again, and takes me back to the installation debug.

What use is this?
Please, can anyone explain how I am meant to debug an un-install script?

This was never a problem in version 3.
(And nor did version 3 crash half the time a build with isscript is attempted.)

If you're running the installation from the Developer 8 IDE, perhaps look at Tools > Options > Preferences > Uninstall before installing...

Thanks very much, that was proving very frustrating.

Many Thanks
