Like to know which is best Tools for comparing two msi's?

I was looking for a tool which can compare 2 msi & create a separate MSI with the common component, Is there any tool available?

You can compare two MSIs with MSIPackageDiff
It lives in C:\Program Files\InstallShield\AdminStudio\6.0\Editor\Support
(or the equivalent for your version of adminstudio)

For the common component, you could make a mergemodule by right-clicking the component and exporting to a mergemodule project

There is a repackaging tool with that functionality: Radia Extensions for Windows Installer. But if I recall correctly it's very expensive 😞
