These keys are set up when the TypeLibrary for a COM server is registered.

The default settings in repackager mean that the TypeLib stuff goes into the correct tables.

If you are repackaging then YOU SHOULD ALWAYS DELETE ALL INTERFACE KEYS from your ISM file
