Zomibe File detcted by flexera listed a huge number of secure products

Hi every one, we have created a script to delete all the files that are listed by Svm as Zombie files,We deployed the zombie files script for a large set of users and are seeing some issues with the application functionalities. E.g. Office, Edge, PDF’s etc.  there are many  .dll, exe files which are showing as zombie files but deleting them is causing issues.

and also many files is showing secure in flex era report but they are listed in zombie file list.

any explanation for this, or step to only show the insecure/end of life files in zombie file list.
