Device Metrics not showing data for licensed servers

Hi,

We have 241 devices that are currently licensed. When I go into Consume Intelligence -> Device Metrics, I don't see any metrics for any of my licensed servers for the last month. The only data I can see is for the original 30 day Burst license from December 2020. 

How do I get updated metrics from these licensed devices?

How can I confirm that the performance scan is actually updating data as there is no way for me to tell. 

Can anyone please assist with this?

Hi,

 

Please navigate to the Summary of Collection page (under the Collect Data menu).  Use the Performance Collection Details tab to drill into the collection status of your currently licensed devices.
