Hi Team,
We lost the data collected via the cloudscape. when we login now it is asking us to add the subscription details again. What could be a possible reason for this issue and how to get the collected data back in our login.
Any suggestion on this may help us.
Note : We had an active license on the unit.

Hi,
This can occur if either your subscription has expired or if the assessment has been closed by selecting 'End Assessment' from the appliance UI.
Please open a support case and provide your assessment details to the support team. They will be able to verify your assessment's status and further assist.
