What is the use of API Methods - Files ( filesShow)

Hi,

I am checking if there is anyway to download the logfiles from the Systemtasks API. when checking i come across the API Method Files ( filesShow).

Could someone please tell me what is the use of the API Methods - Files ( filesShow) ? Is it something which can be used to download log files from the System tasks?

That endpoint is for downloading the zip created by the deviceCreate endpoint (https://docs.flexera.com/FlexeraOneAPI/ITAMDataAPI/#api-Devices-devicesCreate). This lists the devices and the applications installed on them. There is no support for downloading the log files from the System Tasks page via the API but this can be requested on the Ideas portal: https://flexerasfdc.ideas.aha.io/ideas
