What data populates the "used" columns in License Properties

Please see attached. I am unable to find, in the documentation, what information populates the "used" column for License Properties. Thanks for any help you can provide.

(1) Solution

This comes from the Software Usage data.  This requires that your inventory source provide some type of Last Used Date/metering data, such as SCCM or the Flexera Usage Agent.

On a Device-based License, you can simply go into Column Chooser and add the Last Used Date to the Consumption grid.  For a User-based license (as in your example) you can click and run the User Details Report link at the top of the page.  This report will also have the Last Used Date.

By default, 90 Days is used as the cut-off to determine if an application is used or not.  You can open up a Software Application and to the Usage tab to change this range to another value, such as 180 days.
