SaaS Upgraded? How to get notified?

Hi, suddenly our SaaS interface looks different and there are some new buttons, to manage available licenses and create customized licenses. 

Looks like there was an upgrade. How do we get on the notification list for upgrades? I imagine that with the upgrade there are instructions/notes, etc., that explain the new buttons, how to use the new Purchases section, where did expired licenses go, etc. And, most important, how does all this impact the Dashboard?
