Hi,
This is something that you would be able to do via the automation (formerly known as policies) capability within Flexera One.
More details around automation can be found here.
Thanks

By providing a single integration to your Microsoft 365 subscription that includes Office 365, Dynamics 365, Power BI, Project and Visio. Flexera One's SaaS Management enables the Software Asset Manager with the detail required when looking to optimize their Microsoft 365 spend across the organization.
To further enhance our capabilities, we have developed a Microsoft Power BI report that provides even more detailed lenses into your Microsoft 365 (M365) position.
The report, which uses the SaaS Management APIs, has been developed in partnership with our customers and product team to ensure that it provides the insights that enable improved governance and license management processes for complex M365 environments.
In addition, the Microsoft Power BI report offers a mechanism to provide M365 insights to those within your organization who do not use Flexera One's SaaS Management.
Setup
The report, which is attached to this article as a Power BI Template (PBIT), can be easily configured by providing:
A refresh token obtained from your Flexera One org. Details on how to generate a refresh token to work with the Flexera One API can be found in the Flexera One help topic Generating a Refresh Token.
The location of your Flexera One org using the following options: North America (NA), Europe (EU), or APAC (AU).
Your Flexera One Org ID, which is a numeric identifier contained within the URL of your org.
The managed application ID for the M365 managed application you wish to report on. This is also contained within the URL when you are viewing your M365 managed application within SaaS Manager. As an example, when you are viewing the Overview tab of a M365 managed application in SaaS Manager, your URL will be in the following format:
https://app.flexera.com/orgs/99999/saas/managed-products/987654?tab=overview
From the above URL, the Flexera One Org ID and Managed Application ID are as follows:
Flexera One Org ID
99999
Managed Application ID
987654
The report provides an overtime tracking of available licenses, active, inactive and never active users and as such requires a date from when this should commence. You can see when you first setup your M365 managed application in SaaS Manager via the integration tab. Enter this date in the following format dd/mm/yyyy for example if your M365 managed application was setup on the 27th of February 2023 you will enter 27/02/2023.
When opening the PBIT file, you will be prompted for these values, after which your Power BI report will retrieve the data relating to the M365 managed application you have supplied.
Note: Depending upon the size of your user and activity data, the report may take some time to load.
You may also see the following message, which can be dismissed using the 'Discard Changes' option.
Once you have configured the report, you can then publish it to your Power BI service, allowing the report to be shared within your organization. You can also set a refresh schedule ensuring that the data you see within your report is up to date.
Note
Reports are provided on an "as is" basis. neither Flexera nor its suppliers make any warranties, express or implied, statutory or otherwise, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, title, fitness for a particular purpose or noninfringement. You shall be responsible for the procurement of any third party license rights necessary to use the Reports, including without limitation appropriate PowerBI license rights. For the avoidance of doubt, Flexera shall retain ownership of all rights, entitlement and interest in and to the Reports. Reports shall be deemed Confidential Information of Flexera and shall not be used by or disclosed to any third parties except as necessary to use the Reports in conjunction with your current license grant for SaaS Management.

Hi - thanks for confirming the activity threshold.
Could you check the status of the integration tasks and in particular the Application Access one. This can be viewed by drilling into the apps and navigating to the Integration tab.
Note not all managed applications support activity so you won't see this for all of the items in your list. The M365 managed application is a good place to start.
Let me know and I will get our support team involved if required.
Thanks

Hi Shelby,
The ITAM All Licenses view is showing you a combined view of the SaaS license assignment and on-premises installations of - in this instance - M365. The data relating to activity in SaaS Manager only shows 'online' usage i.e. Andrew used his E5 license via a browser. However, it doesn't give you the detail relating to how I used that license via my installed M365 applications.
That is where the ITAM 'All Licenses' view comes in to play.
After you following the 'View Hybrid Position' link and as an example using an E5 license:
Find the license in the grid view
Drill into the license and then select the 'Consumption' option from the right hand side menu
Select the 'For more user details, view the User License Details report'
Run report
From here you can then drill in to a particular user and see how they are using both the online and installed 'on-premises' aspects of their license
Please let me know if you need more details and I will do all I can to help.
Thanks

Hi Shelby!
I cannot recall if you are using Flexera One ITAM or the on-premises/cloud FNMS? If you are using Flexera One then you should see something to the image below (note this is demo data). If however, you are using the on-premises/cloud FNMS then you will not see any data.
Please let me know and I will do all I can to help.
Thanks

Flexera One's SaaS Management enables the Software Asset Manager with the detail required when looking to optimize Salesforce spend across the organization.
Specifically, SaaS Management enables you to:
Analyze user activity for all your Salesforce instances (orgs) or drill down to a specific Salesforce org
Understand Salesforce license activity at the rolled-up view for all Salesforce orgs or drilled down to a specific Salesforce org
Optimize your spend across all of your Salesforce orgs.
To enhance our capabilities, we have developed a Microsoft Power BI report that provides even more detailed lenses into your Salesforce position.
The report, which uses the SaaS Management APIs, has been developed in partnership with our customers and product team to ensure that it provides the insights that enable improved governance and license management processes for complex multi org Salesforce environments.
In addition, the Microsoft Power BI report offers a mechanism to provide Salesforce insights to those within your organization who do not use Flexera One's SaaS Management.
Salesforce commercial information
The dashboards are preconfigured to calculate spend and optimization potential based on the products you have purchased. In order to obtain optimal value from the Power BI dashboards, we recommend that you add commercial information relating to your Salesforce licenses.
In the Licenses tab of your connected Org, you can map the user, feature or permission set licenses from the Salesforce portal to the actual SKU or Product that you have purchased.
eg. in the example below, the Salesforce user license maps against the "Sales & Service Cloud - Unlimited Edition (Sales)" SKU from the quote.
The SKU name, the SKU number (optional) and the unit price can simply be added as listed on the quote for this specific Org.
Either a single or a semi-colon separated list of the managed application IDs that relate to the Salesforce org(s) that you wish to manage. These IDs are also contained within the URL when you are viewing a particular Salesforce managed application within SaaS Manager.
As an example, when you are viewing the Overview tab of a Salesforce managed application in SaaS Management, your URL will be in the following format:
https://app.flexera.com/orgs/99999/saas/managed-products/987654?tab=overview
From the above URL, the Flexera One Org ID and Managed Application ID are as follows:
Flexera One Org ID
99999
Managed Application ID
987654
When opening the PBIT file, you will be prompted for these values, after which your Power BI report will retrieve the data relating to the Salesforce managed applications you have supplied.
Note: Depending upon the number of managed applications, the report may take some time to load.
For the avoidance of doubt, Flexera shall retain ownership of all rights, entitlement and interest in and to the Reports. Hi Tertius,
The .msi that is included in this KB does have the API support, we just reset the versioning when we moved from Early Access into production release.
You should see the API option in the right hand panel of the tool.
Thanks

Flexera SaaS Management enables the ingestion of vendor data in three ways:
Direct integrations are out-of-the-box managed applications for vendors such as Salesforce, ServiceNow, and Microsoft 365. There are approximately 60 managed applications within the SaaS Management catalogue.
Single Sign-On (SSO) discovery uses providers such as Okta to discover the applications that have been configured within your SSO and are being used by the users in your organization.
Indirect integrations occur when the vendor or application is present within the SaaS Management catalogue, but data needs to be ingested using scripting against our public APIs. There are approximately 26,000 indirect integrations currently in the SaaS Management catalogue. While many Flexera customers and partners currently use our indirect integrations to ingest data and understand optimization opportunities, we also recognize that having to develop scripts in languages such as Python or PowerShell can be a barrier.
To remove this barrier, the Flexera SaaS Management (FSM) Data Ingestion Utility is a client-based Windows desktop tool providing a code-free method to ingest data from your organization’s multiple SaaS applications. It enables the ingestion of data from:
CSV file sources
Vendor APIs
A combination of both sources
Allowing you to easily ingest data and optimize the SaaS vendors that are in use within your organization.
To download the utility's MSI file for installation, refer to the attachment in this article.
Further detail can be found within the Flexera help here

Hi,
We have updated our Zoom integration (and also added a new managed application that manages multi account scenarios). Both of these include OAUTH authentication. However, in order to release these Zoom required us to submit our code and documentation etc. for review before they will allow us to release.
We entered this process in October of this year and are still waiting for a complete set of feedback. Despite attempts to accelerate this process, we have been unable to speed it up.
Once this is completed, we will release with the usual notifications etc. sent out to let you know.
In the meantime, if you need any more details, please do not hesitate to contact me.
Thanks

Hi @Big_Kev
Hopefully, this helps but if not please let me know:
Prior to this release users who are marked as 'disabled' are not included within the Microsoft integrations. Meaning that our metrics did not include users who are still consuming a license but are marked as 'disabled'.
Now, the SaaS Manager Microsoft integrations will include those users who are flagged as 'disabled', improving the metrics and calculations provided to the Software Asset Manager.
Thanks
