Our current beacon is pointing at our UAT instance of FlexeraOne. The customer would like this to instead point at their production instance. I attempted to reconfigure the beacon by downloading a new configuration from the production instance and then importing it into the beacon UI. Everything looks fine from the beacon side, but within the production Flexera One UI, it says it is not connected. Is it easier to simply remove the beacon all together and then reinstall?

The easiest thing to do is uninstall, delete the Managesoft Corp keys and re-install\re-configure.
