Recommended License Changes

Appears that Flexera One is not "taking" approved or ignored RLC.  Why would this be happening and how do I resolve this issue?

I just tried to accept a recommended license change and it behaved correctly in a test org. However, I may have misunderstood your use case, so please would you provide a little more context of what you found not to be working correctly for you?

This behavior repeatedly happens to me.   My coworkers witness this on a daily basis.  I have to make the assumption Flexera needs more time to "catch up" with what I requested/changed to show that change.  Maybe I'm just impatient.
