According to the list at https://docs.flexera.com/flexera/EN/Common/safelist.htm, the endpoint global-services-lb0.rightscale.com does need to be safe listed for all users of the Flexera One North America instance (the equivalent for EU is global-front.eu-central-1.iam-eu.flexeraeng.com).
To work out endpoints required by Flexera One ITAM, focus on the following items on the list in that document:
- Endpoints listed as being for "Needed for all users"
- Endpoints listed as related to "IT Asset Management"
- Endpoints listed as related to "SaaS Management" (if you are using SaaS Management capabilities in Flexera One ITAM)
- Endpoints listed as related to "Automation" (if you are using automation capabilities in Flexera One ITAM - this is not so common)
- Other general endpoints that are listed as optional for the various capabilities as documented on the page
