The Salesforce integration with SaaS Management includes a Suspicious Activities tab (SaaS > Managed SaaS Applications > Salesforce > Suspicious Activities) for the individual Salesforce org. With this enhancement, Salesforce customer community and partner user licenses are no longer counted as suspicious activities. Excluding these nonmalicious users, who are not listed in an organization’s HR Roster, increases the efficiency of threat detection and decreases the risk of overlooking genuine security concerns.
