Inventory devices being deleted post 2024 R1.4 upgrade

Hello All,

Did anyone of you who is using Flexera One observed Inventory devices being deleted yesterday post the upgrade of 2024 R1.4?

We observed that devices which are recently inventoried being deleted apart from devices which are older than 30 days as the obsolete inventory setting is set to 30 days.

As per Flexera's initial investigation, we were informed that the devices which are part of the Public cloud and are inventoried by the agent but not updated over the connector will be deleted it seems and the devices which are inventoried via agent and are not part of the domains integrated with will also be deleted.

Please highlight your views on these and update if any of you are also on the same page.

Regards,

Srikanth M

Hi @Srikanth_tesco

Thank you for raising this, we are aware of the issue and are working towards a resolution. At this time I cannot share an ETA but, once I do have one we will send out further communication.

I see you have raised a support ticket and if any other customers encounter this problem, can I please ask that you do the same.

Thanks
