You may want to review the recordings of the self-paced courses for Cloud Cost Optimization and/or IT Visibility (not sure which dashboards you are referring to). Perhaps peruse https://docs.flexera.com/flexera/EN/Optima/OptimaDashboardsCustomCreating.htm or dashboards on the other solutions to get a bit more info. Plus there are useful dashboards created for use cases in https://learn.flexera.com/flexera-business-value.
You can also copy any Flexera dashboards and then edit them to see how they were built and modify them as your own.
