As Flexera One continues to enhance its ServiceNow-related and Microsoft-related integrations with SaaS Management, Flexera no longer offers the legacy integrations listed in this announcement as new integrations and is instructing customers to instead use the applicable Microsoft or ServiceNow integration.

As of August 16, 2023, the SaaS integrations listed in the Removed Integrations column of the following table are no longer available when selecting Add Application on the Managed SaaS Applications screen. Use the integration listed in the second column as its replacement.

Will there come a time when the legacy integrations are removed completely?  It will be useful to know so I can inform / plan with customers accordingly and put them onto a migration path.

Hi @ryanhardcastle0 - eventually, yes we would like to move all customers that are using these older managed applications onto the newer replacements.

Whenever, we release a managed application that will replace an existing one, we always include a 'good practice' header within the help and any associated blog content. So, whilst we have not set a date of when we will look to completely remove these older managed applications, we would encourage customers to start to migrate as soon as they can.

Thanks
