We need your support on below query:
In Flexera we have completed the SaaS integration for Adobe publisher. There are some entitlements migrated to Flexera from Adobe portal through SaaS integration. However, in Flexera the status for all users is showing as inactive. It seems it is because of API connection is not available with Adobe portal extract.
We need to identify the consumption for the last activity or update the status of the users, hence it is not reflecting in the SaaS integration.
Could you please suggest a way to add the User Activity details for SaaS integration to get exact user status (Active/Inactive).

The Adobe Creative Cloud integration does not get any consumption data. Adobe does not have an API available to get consumption/activity data, which is why the users show inactive.

If you are referring to the employee status showing as inactive against the users, it is likely because you haven't integrated a data source to act as your HR Roster. The same thing happened to us initially. We then integrated with Entra ID purely to act as an HR Roster. Now when I look at users under the Creative Cloud Managed App, all my users show as active.
