@Big_Kev It turned out to be a much wider issue that was affecting all integrations in the EU instance of Flexera One. I only noticed it for Salesforce as I was specifically looking at them. Once the issue was resolved the integrations resumed. There was a note on status.flexera.com detailing all this but it's since been removed. I'm willing to concede that this wasn't caused by the Salesforce changes as it didn't affect the US instance and was just a coincidence. Ryan

The new workspace creates a second AppExchange integration when I enable the task, but I've already set up my AppExchange integrations and chosen the apps I want to manage. Do I need to remove the previous AppExchange integrations and re-add those apps I want to manage within the newly created app? (This is a bit rhetorical). I'm glad this is being consolidated but this post doesn't give enough weight to handling the changes where the integrations already exist. It's not as simple as re-authorizing. Hi All, Has anyone noticed that all of their Salesforce integrations (SF, AppExchange, Marketing Cloud) are all in an error state? It may or may not be related to the recent change: https://community.flexera.com/t5/Flexera-One-Blog/Integrating-Salesforce-AppExchange-and-Marketing-Cloud-Data/ba-p/264298/jump-to/first-unread-message The fix is to re-authorize the integrations but it's a bit time consuming. Hi @jjmcnabnz You won't see any activity data for Creative Cloud in SaaS Manager because Adobe don't provide this data. Unfortunately this will always remain at zero without alternative data collection and customisation. The Office 365 integration is deprecated and has been replaced by the Microsoft 365 (M365) integration. You don't need both. It won't explain the activity issue but it is one less integration to worry about. For M365 did you check the 'Application Access' integration task box when setting up the integration? It's not checked by default. I'd also check the permissions given to the M365 account that you are using for the integration. For activity data (Application Access) you need to grant the AuditLog.Read.All and Reports.Read.All permissions. This would usually present itself as an 'error' in the Integration tab of the M365 application but still worth checking. To validate this, are you seeing any Last Activity dates in the Users tab for M365? If there are no dates populated it suggests an issue with the integration task. Ryan

Another suggestion 🙂 I have a couple of customisations that require me to retrieve a bearer / access token using a refresh token (identical to the F1 API). So the first part of the job is to POST the refresh token and then use the access token in the reply in the GET headers. I can't seem to be able to do the POST job correctly, it's possibly the content type (needs to be x-www-form-urlencoded) but even if I could I can't do anything with the result in the sense of treating it as a variable for the GET job. We could do with a facility to store and manage credentials for the API connections and then use those as variables in the job configuration - a bit like how Postman does it.

It's good to see something like this. I can see the potential.
I fully appreciate it's version 1.0 but just as a suggestion it would be good to be able to view a sample of the API data so we can be sure the fields contain the values we need.
Also the ability to transform the API data that's received before it's mapped will be helpful. For example if my API data doesn't contain the first name and last name values (which are mandatory) then I 'd like the option to apply some transformation to the email address to obtain these missing values.
I know I can do this in a CSV file but that then relies on someone having to generate it etc.
