Oracle Inventory incorrectly shows the Advanced Security option as Used which then requires a License
There was an issue in Oracle LMS for which we had to apply a workaround in the oratrksql.xml file. Oracle have resolved this in LMS 14.1 and the oratrksql.xml file needed updating.
Please replace the following file with the version attached on all your Inventory Beacons:
%ProgramFiles%\Flexera Software\Inventory Beacon\RemoteExecution\oratrksql.xml
You will then need to run your Oracle Inventory tasks followed by a full Compliance Import.

Hi,
One of our customers reported the same in FNMS 2020R1 as well.
FNMS reports 'Advanced Security', 'database in-memory', few other options, packs as installed on many servers, however the admins claiming these were never installed.
What is the best way to fix this problem? Any work around ?
Currently, the setting to remove oracle's old db instances is set to 'Never'. Does this setting has any impact on options and packs as well, apart from db instances?
With FNMS 2020 R1, you can use the Oracle Database Transparency feature.
When looking at the Option Packs on a database instance, the Yes/No value that indicates if an option is used is a hyperlink. For a used option, a pop up dialog will display which snippets of the LMS Scripts returns a TRUE condition according to Oracle LMS.
Since this KB Article is for an older version of FNMS and an older version of the LMS Scripts, this KB Article does not apply to your situation. If the Transparency Feature does not help you, I suggest opening up a new post in the Community.
Thank you @kclausen , I shall follow your suggestion.
