Who is allowed to see the 'System Health Dashboard', present in 'System Health'

Hi Team,

Who is allowed to see the 'System Health Dashboard', present in 'System Health'. Can only Administrator see this? Or can the rights to see this Dashboard.

whoever  having  access to flexera console  can able to view System Health Dashboard regardless of administrator/operator/View only role. (kindly check if Account having following permission in place )

The issue we are facing is that in our application there is a role called 'SAM Operator' and this role has been created, for our customer, in past and the users that have this role are unable to see the System Health Dashboard. So we would like to know how this right can be given to them. And the role does have 'access to system Tasks page' configured also 'Allow', as you can see in attached screenshot.
