Task schedular error

Hii,

For the past week, I have been experiencing a task schedular error for Import Inventories "The operator or administrator has refused the request(0x800710E0)" so how can I resolve this error?

Maybe a permissions issue? Does the current author have proper permissions to run the scheduled task?
