Some issues have been addressed in the Tanium connector since the 2019 R2 release. I would recommend raising a support ticket so that we can check specific files in the instance and find out if fixes since then have already been provided to you as part of earlier support ticketsor not.
We've verified that integration with Tanium Asset 1.18 works well.

I believe they are on Tanium Asset 1.18 but i am trying to confirm.
This is FNMS 2019 R2 On-Prem. The 403 error is seen during test-connection and during import. It appears to only happen every other day which is the strangest part about it.
