Did not get enough clarity about the question, I will try to answer based on my understanding of the question. All the following databases are FNMS databases required to be hosted on MS SQL Server to work FNMS. All the database contents (Tables/Views/Procedures etc) should remain in the database/s, changes to database schema will break FNMS working.
fnmscompliance > Compliance database
fnmsinventory > Inventory data stores all the RAW inventory data
fnmsdatawarehouse (Data ware house to store historical compliance data for trend based reports)
fnmssnapshot > Snapshot used for caching loaded report for performance reason to avoid unnecessary load on the compliance database.
