Hi Team,
We have received scans in FNMS DB and its look completely fine. But after reconciliation also they are not appearing in GUI.. Can someone please guide what troubleshooting I need to do to make scans flow in GUI

Hi, Thanks but its like no error. The scan is in inventory folder and it suppose to flow GUI after recon, but they are not flowing to GUI

If this was a reconciliation you launched yourself, did you remember to click on the checkbox "Update Inventory for Reconciliation"?
If this was the scheduled reconciliation, does the Compliance Import log show any errors? The log is in C:\ProgramData\Flexera Software\Compliance\Logging\ComplianceReader\ importer-[ddmmyyyy]-[pid].log or C:\ProgramData\Flexera Software\Compliance\Logging\<GUID>\ importer-[ddmmyyyy]-[pid].log

Nope.. they are auto FNMS scans but I guess as its mainframe , possibly FNMS do not support then yet... thanks for your response
