How to set consumption for named user licenses in the tool?

Good morning Vikas,
I don't believe automatic allocation of Users is possible through the App Portal integration.
I was referring to our App Portal > FNMS integration documentation here, https://docs.flexera.com/epi/
Automatically allocating Users to a License would be possible through a Business Adapter for example, or it's part of the data gathered by the Microsoft 365 connector to ensure your M365 licenses are allocated to the relevant user accounts.
Kind regards and thanks,
Jack

Good morning Vikas, I hope you're well?
For consumption of particular License Types, I normally recommend looking at the Online Help's glossary page:
https://docs.flexera.com/FlexNetManagerSuite2020R2/EN/WebHelp/index.html#glossaries/licType_NamedUser.html
For consumption of a Named User License, the requirements are the sum of all of the following:
I'd ensure that any users you anticipate consuming this License are allocated to the License - I hope that helps, don't hesitate to let me know if not.
Kind regards and thanks,
Jack

Thank you Jack, I am doing well, hope the same for you.
So, we need to manually allocate the users in the license consumption to see the actual license usage. Is it possible to automate the whole process, I mean we use AppPortal, so is it possible to allocate the licenses to the users as soon as they are entered in the AppPortal/AppBroaker?
