License csv template issue

Hi Dear Community,

I have been working on an automation process which creates licenses in Flexera. I am leveraging the csv templates and XMLs present in the beacon server for the cloud implementation that we have. 

I seem to have problems with this getting completed but no records gets created when I check the system tasks for detailed logs.

Any help in this regard would be beneficial for my venture into this piece.

Maybe you could share a dummy sample (1 record) of the CSV file as well as some documentation about the import task you've created so that community members have a better chance of providing guidance?

@JohnSorensenDK  we were able to remedy the issue - we swapped from csv to excel type of import and also there was a make or break in the mandatory fields. Once all the mandatory fields were provided and mapped accordingly on the business objects/fields - The adapter allowed creation of the license on the UI.
