Despite the failure, you are not missing out on any new information as the PURL library you have is still the latest. The SKU and PURL libraries are updated once a month and are scheduled for this weekend (https://community.flexera.com/t5/FlexNet-Manager-Content-Release/FlexNet-Manager-Platform-Suite-SKU-...).

This service supports both Email and SMS subscriptions allowing all of our customers to stay up to date. We have recently added live tiles to our Community Forums which link directly to our Status Page and provide a visual notification of any service issues that may be impacting customers (see attached example).
