Inventory device has evidence but no linked applications

I'm seeing an issue with one of my devices where the device shows up-to-date evidence and the "Recognized Application" column is populated for several entries under the Evidence tab in Inventory Device Properties. However, when I check the Applications tab, there are no linked applications. Checking the device history also shows no links/unlinks. All other info for the device appears normal. The source of inventory is MECM (SCCM), the device is Active, and inventory was just updated yesterday.

This is the first device I've seen with this issue, so I'm not sure at this point if this issue is affecting other devices.

An asset status of In Storage means the device has not been delivered so the applications and licenses show no results: https://docs.flexera.com/fnms/EN/WebHelp/index.html#topics/Asset-Props-General-Tab.html

Is the device linked to an asset? If so, please make sure the status of the asset is Installed.

The device is linked to an asset. Status of the asset is "In Storage", but the status of the inventory device is "Active". Do inventory devices not link applications if the asset status is not "Installed"?

Ah, thanks for pointing that out in the documentation. I will update the asset status and run reconcile/inventory import. Thank you!
