We have many users imported as "Inactive" by FNMS, however when we checked in AD, these users are Active.
What could be the problem, how to fix it ?

Hi Rajesh,
How exactly do you import your users? If you use the Beacon default functionality, the status should not be set. So I guess you use a Business Import. If that's the case, you need analyze that import and see if there's a flaw in the logic for the user status.
