How to create license with Ownership

Hi All,

We have custom roles created based on location restriction and assigned for several users. So Users can see the devices,purchases, licenses etc., only if it has the location ownership. We have a situation now, when a user try to create a license license it is getting created, but as soon as it is created it is not visible for him because the license created do not have location ownership info since he did not get the option to specify the ownership details during the license creation. How to overcome this issue? why cant we specify ownership details when creating license.

I would encourage you to create an idea: https://flexerasfdc.ideas.aha.io/ideas?project=ITAM for the option to be able to include the ownership information during the PO processing, and then publish a link to it here for forum members to vote on it.

Hello, global admin can create dummy licenses in advance with adequate ownership details.
