We have FNMS on Premises. I had to migrate my beacons to a new OS. I created new beacons on the new servers. Now I have an existing beacon that is currently a child of the old beacon, and I must add it to the new beacon as a child. Do I have to delete the old beacon first or can I create a child to the new beacon by just changing the child beacon name. I'm not sure the best way to go about this. I have disabled the services on the old beacon, so I need to get the child associated with the new beacon.

If you open the Beacon UI for the child beacon, you can go to the Parent Connection tab, click Configure Connection Manually, and then use the drop-down to change the Current Parrent: https://docs.flexera.com/FlexNetManagerSuite2023R1/EN/WebHelp/index.html#tasks/FIB-ManualConfigParent.html
