Flexera on premise: Last download of packages for managed devices failed

Hello,

We are on version 2023 R1. 

We have the alert on 4 beacons: "Last download of packages for managed devices failed" - Checking the logs i identified that it tries to download version 19.0... 
I tried reinstalling the beacon app on 2 of them - Still no successful in removing the alert. I tried searching on the community, found one post archived which i am unable to see and some information but nothing successful.

It does not affect beacons functionality or processes but we would want to have the alert removed.

I think that there could be a number of underlying reasons resulting in symptoms like this one. E.g., improper network connectivity to its parent beacon, network timeouts, lack of disk space, etc.
