FlexNet successfully logs me in but immediately bumps me back to the login screen

I can checkin to FlexNet successfully but when I try to search files or packages I am bumped back to the login screen. Who can assist with this issue?

Hi, 

Can you try a different browser to log into Flexnet Manager? It is possible that the issue is only happening with a specific browser.

The problem occurs on both Google Chrome and Microsoft Edge.
