FNMS Health Check Dashboard

Hello,

I installed a new server "FlexNet Manager Suite 2020 R2", the ARL import completed successfully (ARL/SKU/EOSL tasks (Import, Extract) have finished successfully.),  on the "System Health Dashboard" I see ARL version:2589  last successful update date, but for SKU and PURL I see : 

SKU Library import has not been configured 

PURL import has not been configured

I checked "mgsImportRecognition.log" and "recognition.log" no problem found:2021-03-25 01:02:35,057  [INFO ] SKU tasks (Import, Extract) have finished successfully.
2021-03-25 01:02:35,182  [INFO ] ARL/SKU/EOSL tasks (Import, Extract) have finished successfully.

Hi Wawat68,

Does this condition still present?  - it may be transient.

If it is still so, I would suggest looking to see if the installation is licensed correctly, and if it is, please raise a ticket with Flexera support.
