Is it possible to deploy FNMS agents on Some Flexera FNMS infrastructure servers (beacon servers).

Agent is not required in beacon servers. Agent is part of beacon installation.

Do not install the agent on a beacon. It will break the beacon. We've never found a way to repair this. We had to reinstall the OS and install the beacon from scratch.
It is possible, however, to inventory the beacon. See the following article. How to inventory FlexNet Beacons - Community (flexera.com)
