What is the difference between Used (yes or no) and last used date in FNMS on-Prem?

I see devices with last used of "No" and last used date is 4 months ago.  Is there a certain amount of days the makes the Used be No.

Last Used Date is the Monday of the week with the most recent usage for the application.
