I've seen this condition once before. The issue for me was there was no "3" directory (I think mine was a "2") in the %temp% path. If you attempt to navigate to %temp% using file explorer, it should take you to the path indicated in your error message. If that folder doesn't open, navigate as far down the path as you can and create the missing directory.

Agreed, maybe also check under which credentials the Beacon service runs. If it's a specific user, may check if this account is local admin.
