Creating a Business Adapter connecting to a MS SQL database

I have connected to a MS SQL database (successfully tested the credentials) and this error is coming up when I try a very simple query (SELECT * FROM <table>) and click the Load Button (has the recycle logo on it) I receive the attached error1.png.

If I click on the data node and click on Load Data I receive the attached error2.png.

Click back to the Import node and receive attached error3.png. The full details in the error are attached as Flexera Details.

The query is a simple sample to verify that everything is working (and not the intended query).

Hi,

This error is not related to the connection to the SQL server. This is usually related to not starting the Business Adapter Studio with admin rights. You can either do that, or deactivate connection encryption in BAS:
