Always have issues logging into UAT

All,

This is such a random issue but every week I have issues logging into my UAT environment no matter what Browser I attempt to login through.

Today I got this error:

Uh Oh! The was unexpected.

Although our Solutions and tolls shire a light on all dark corners of your IT ecosystem, we failed to illuminate your specific request.

Anyone have any ideas?

I really hate having to bother support by putting in tickets every week 😞

I don't recognize that as a message that would be likely to come from any of FlexNet Manager Suite's components. It feels like it may be some environment problem in the network or environment you are working in, rather than related to the application.

I don't know how to resolve the issue, but I suspect there is something going on during the authentication redirects.   I can get to the same screen shown in the original post for example if I go to:

https://agw-uat.flexnetoperations.com/agw/

That's a helpful observation @MurrayPeters - thanks. Just one clarification: the URL you've given is not a valid URL (it may have been in the past, but is not valid any longer). If you have found a link on a Flexera website that takes you to that URL then it may be appropriate to raise that with Flexera Support to take a look.

If you are trying to log in to FlexNet Cloud UAT, the right URLs to navigate to are:

  • https://<yourcompany>.uat.flexnetmanager.com/Suite (US)
  • https://<yourcompany>.uat.flexnetmanager.eu/Suite (EU)

I realise the URL I gave is not a useful/valid URL - I was just giving some clarification with respect to your comment about the error shown in @ellie_Katz 's original post (probably) not coming from Flexera infrastructure.   

I have had customers of ours report difficulties logging into UAT before and I have also myself arrived at that same error page (though I can't recall the sequence of steps I took to arrive there).  At the time I noted that the URL I had landed on was not a full valid agw login so when ellie raised this it rang a bell and I thought I'd just pass on the observations I'd made.
