If you click the "+" icon in for the ARL Import failure, you may now see details and then in the "Logs" column of the view you will see a link that will download the Log File that will have details on the error that is happening to help troubleshoot the issue.

The majority of failures of the ARL Import are due to the FNMS Server not having Internet Access to connect to the secure Flexera Sites to download the content libraries.

We have tried to download the content libraries from flexera site. Also the exceution was success(10/10/2020). When we tried to check the ARL import on 12/10/2020 its is failed.

Please find the screenshot and attachment

The LOG file shows that there was a failure downloading the ARL Library from Flexera.  This is usually caused by a network error, such as your FlexNet Manager Server not being able to make a connection out to the Internet.

Thanks for the update, But we don't have internet connectivity in our flexera server.

So we have tried to download the file link you shared inthe previous update and copied to our local disk and moved it to flexera server manually.

And Tried to run the script and it's successful from the cmd and flexera but next day it shows the arl import is failed

Could you please help us with any alternative solution to sort out this issue and get the arl import success

@aprabha - On your Batch Processing Server, there is a default Scheduled Task that runs every night to automatically attempt to punch out to the internet to download the Content Libraries and import that into FNMS.  Since you do not have Internet Access, then this job will fail every night, which is what you are seeing in your System Tasks.

To avoid these daily errors, go to your Batch Server, and launch the Windows Task Scheduler panel.  Expand the FlexNet Manager node on the left to see all of the scheduled tasks for FlexNet Manager.

Find the scheduled task named Recognition Data Import.  Right-click on this task and select Disable.  This job will no longer run every night, and you will not see the daily error appear in your System Tasks page.

See attached.

@aprabha setting up NAT to bridge communication from local network to public internet may be a possible alternative if you want to continue receiving ARL catalog update automatically.
