ADDM and SCCM and Microsoft 365 import into staging pending frequently.

Hi 

I am facing issue with import into staging process in all integration like Microsoft 365, SCCM and ADDM.

Could you please suggest on this issue. we are facing frequently.

Some time we restart the batch process services, we will initiate(execute) the integration of ADDM or SCCM or Microsoft 365, then it will start to import into staging and move to reconciliation state.

After upgrade of 2020R1 we are facing such a issue.

I would like to have your suggestion and permanent fix for this issue.

I would appreciate, if I get an fix.

I guess you should start by looking into your logs, preferably around the time processed get stuck/stop working.

Can you suggest, How can we avoid stuck / stop working process.
After restarting the batch services, we execute any one of the integration like ADDM, SCCM or M365.
After that it is started to import into staging and then it is import inventory devices.
Is there any suggestion, why after restarting the services, it is started to import.

I am not sure why processes are getting stuck.

What you described sounds like there were still imports in the scheduler which started just when you restarted the processor. That's normal behaviour.
