Where can I find Normalize_SamPremium4.5.7.xml ?

Hello

I am looking for the Normalise update set called Normalize_SamPremium4.5.7.xml for ServiceNow referenced in the "ServiceNow Support Matrix" in the Data Platform Product Documentation.

I have also looked in PLC and don't see it there. Could someone email it to me please.

Hi David,

This is available from Flexera Customer community --> Login.

Click "Find My product" --> Data Platform -->Under "Product Resources" on right side of the page you will find "Download Products and Licenses".

This will take you to PLC and here you can click on:

Data Platform BDNA for NOW Integration

where you will find Normalize for ServiceNow SAMPremium Update Set (v4.5.7) along with other downloads.

I have emailed this to you for now.
