Hello I am looking for the Normalise update set called Normalize_SamPremium4.5.7.xml for ServiceNow referenced in the "ServiceNow Support Matrix" in the Data Platform Product Documentation. Hey Deepa How are you going 🙂 Yes I did do that, I uninstalled both Admin and User Console, deleted DBs, rebooted and then installed fresh. Same issue. Anything else in the DB I should remove other than BDNA and BDNA_PUBLISH? Thanks Dave

Hello I am having an install issue with DP/Normalise 5.5.22.3100 the latest version downloaded from the PLC. Running the Data_Platform_5522_3100_x64.exe I get as far as step 9 - Load Catalog which fails with a status "Load catalog package failed". I have tried with direct download from the web and also tried with an offline download file - UpdateFiles.zip approx. 3.4Gb Confirm that BDNA and BDNA_Publish DBs created. setup.log shows issue with Column ADDREMOVE_HASH absent, Catalog.zip file. Hello I am looking for a current API reference document. The PoC API key we have been given is for a v5 API, the v5.4 API document in HelpNet is dated June 2017 seems to contain incorrect URLs and the example calls are failing when I test them. There is also a v6 API in Helpnet which is great. But is it still the case the V6 is under development still and v6 PoC API Technopedia keys can not be issued? Thanks Dave
