Is there an off line catalog that can be downloaded for Normalize? Is so where can get it downloaded

If this is for a new install, you can click the ? sign on the Catalog Download page and it should give you your offline URL.
If this is for an existing install, the below screenshot will help:

Thanks you. What ports are required to be opened from the clients servers to download the catalog?

Hi @OnPoint ,
You would need to allow the following URL and port(s) though the firewall:
Ports: Which ever port is configured: 443 (HTTPS), 80 (HTTP)
You can verify the ports by going to Admin Console > Technopedia > Settings > Web Server , the port that is being used will be shown.
