To assist you with this issue, I need some additional details. Could you please create a case in Salesforce?
It will make communication easier and more efficient.
Also please provide these details after creating the case.
• What version of Data Platform and User Console are you currently on?
• What authentication type are you using (e.g. Local Users, LDAP,, SAML, etc.)?
• What database type are you currently using (i.e., MSSQL or Oracle)?
• Screenshot of error message.
• Could you please provide the latest Data Platform and user console logs (i.e., the BDNA.log, setup.log, and updater.log)? If possible, please gather them, and zip them up into a .zip file
