combining install and uninstall packages in App Portal

I have an install package and uninstall package that I need to combine into one.  Does anyone know how I go about doing this?

You'd need to do this in ConfigMgr.. Basically, you have a package with both an install and uninstall program.. You can only tie a single package to a given catalog item in App Portal
