JAMF policy for APP Portal to create catalog item uninstall policy

Does anyone have the JAMF documentation that shows what configuration is required in JAMF for App Portal to be able to create the Uninstall policy when adding the JAMF package to an item?  My JAMF SME isn't able to find it and I don't have access to the JAMF system.

I seem to remember that the JAMF package needed to be "indexed" but I could not find that in our documentation.

And here is the Jamf documentation that states a package must be indexed in order to be uninstalled.
