Is it possible to import wininstall 6 txt files into adminstudio 3.5 rtm, because my beta version only supports wininstall version 7 and above

The RTM version also supports 7.0 and later.

To upgrade your 6.0 packages you can use the latest WinInstall eval (www.ondemandsoftware.com). I have done that myself with success.
