Repackage Oracle Client

Hi,

We need to repackage the oracle 9i client to achieve the following.
(1) More clean uninstallation,
(2) Add an entry in the add/remove program in the control pannel.
(3) Need to have a silent uninstallation

I currently weigh in two options
(1) write a wrapper to launch the oracle client
(2) repackge it to msi package.

Any thought of my two options?

It sounds like you might likes some information and helpful hints from those who have repackaged Oracle. I would suggest searching the AdminStudio community for related terms (Oracle, the version number, etc...) and keeping in mind the version of AdminStudio that you are using.
